What is the Techwood warranty?

Techwood products are brand new under normal use with an 12-month replacement or repair warranty after placing your order, and we provide customer service to answer technical questions even after 12 months. See Warranty Policy for more details.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us to check the current status of your order. If the shipment has not been processed, we can cancel the order for you.

Can I return my product?

We're always working to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item, we're happy to help.
Please read the return policy carefully before returning. If you are sure you want to return your product, simply email service@techwood.online directly and we will walk you through the process.

Why did I not receive my order number?

Due to system lag, some customers may not receive the order number. If the order number is not found on the Techwood official website, please contactservice@techwood.onlineto obtain the order number in time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All our orders use the most convenient way. Including but not limited to UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, etc. The exact delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method.

Are Techwood products shipped from outside the United States?

Techwood has its own warehouse in the United States, except for accessories, all other products are shipped from the United States.
