I bought A RED and a BLUE one so that we can have a vegan and meat BBQ for work functions.
Could not complete the assembly as part no. 10a was missing from the blue one.
Can I just get the missing part rather than disassembling and returning?
The meat prepared in this grill is great. I had an issue with the grill, and received a replacement.
I have been using it for around 4 days now. It cooks slowly and evenly with no flare ups. You won't of course get the charcoal flavor but you don't have to watch it that close. You don't heat the house up and you don't have to go get charcoal every time you want to cook out! I would buy it again! A+ for me!
Took me about 10 minutes to put this thing together so it wasnt that bad. Its a little smaller than I thought but its pretty cute on the patio. And I cooked a couple of ribeyes on it already and it did a pretty good job. Im happy with it.
